The house is small. The garage is HUGE. If you prefer to jump on your snowmobile and rip across Lake Vermilion, this is the house for you. The channel/river to get to Lake Vermilion is one block away. If you have the urge to kick up rocks on your side by side.....gas up and hit the Mesabi Trail and head up to Ely. The Mesabi Trail is adjacent to your new home. You might just want to go fishing all summer long from your boat. All of your toys fit in this oversized insulated garage. The garage has A/C in the summer and heat in the winter. Yes, there is only one bedroom but there's a bonus room without window in the basement. There is a full bathroom on the main level. The lower level does have a toilet and shower next to the laundry area. Oh, BTW......you do not need a rental license in Tower, MN.
