Cozy cottage corner cafe is well known for its amazing breakfast and especially for their create your own
omelets and build your own hash browns! The new building updates include 75 gallon water heater,
Kinetico water system, water boiler system, three separate mini-splits (for each upper level apartment
and larger unit in the cafe),gutters and electrical breaker panel. 2017 renovation on the cozy cottage
included a 12'x8'4" dishwasher area and back section to enclose the entrance to the brand new 7x11 walkin cooler and 5x7 walk-in freezer both have in-floor heat. Added onto the small office area in the upper
