Sportsman's paradise! I walked this land on the day after 2019 Firearms deer season. The deer sign was sick even after several deer were harvested from the property this year. There is a perfect mix of habitat: Mature oaks, regrowth aspen, open areas, numerous water sources, maples, etc. The trails were heavy with deer prints and covered with scrapes and rubs, including some 3-4'' trees. There is an established salt lick that was absolutely shredded! The property has 6 stands, 2 are enclosed, that stay with the property. The current owners have a long history of harvesting many deer every season, often filling out on opening morning. The property is adjacent to county tax forfeit land to the north and east.
