This is a beautiful property only minutes from Duluth. It sits at the end of a dead end road. The property consists of a large portion of lowland grassy areas mixed with alder brush. However approx. 418-430 ft. from the gravel road starts the high ground timber. The high ground areas are absolutely beautiful with a mix of mature aspen, maple and some birch. The high ground area has beautiful views looking out over the low ground areas.
